BeNthemoment™ was born from fire—refined in real-life tests of faith, health, caregiving, and reinvention.

Founded by Beverly Tate, a coach, speaker, and survivor, this brand began with one quiet but powerful whisper from God:  “Be in the moment.”

After overcoming ovarian cancer, caring for her 90-year-old mother and sister battling stage 4 cancer, and choosing to retire early from a 25+ year career in HR and leadership, Beverly realized that life is too sacred to rush through.

She created BeNthemoment to help women pause long enough to heal—and rise.
